Recipe of chicken fingers


Basically chicken fingers are rolled in seasoned flour and then into egg to get that crisp coating but my crispy chicken fingers are just tossed in sauces and deep fried , the sauces when marinated with chicken gives an authentic flavor . This recipe is created by me as once when  I was making chicken chilly dry basically a Indo – Chinese cuisine , and as  I was frying the chicken so thought lets try it with few more sauces so that chicken tastes more delicious and yummy even without any gravy and to my surprise they turned out to be the best dish as per my hubby , in fact this recipe hits the highest score board in fact on number one in my hubby’s food list. I make this almost every alternate day for him as he just loves it, he’s  such a foodie and I believe that if he liked it means that chicken fingers are simply the best in taste , if you have any doubts then go ahead and make this recipe Chicken finger’s in zulekha’s style …….easy to make and delicious to taste …trust me..!

INGREDIENTS:
 500 gms boneless chicken
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp red chilly sauce
1 tbsp Schezwan sauce ( you can add 1tbsp for more spicy )
1 tsp red chilly powder  
1/2  tsp black pepper powder
salt as per taste
1 egg
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp corn flour ( corn starch )

METHOD:
Clean  and cut chicken into thin long strips and marinate it with salt , pepper , soya sauce , vinegar, red chilly sauce , red chilly powder , schezwan sauce  for 4 – 5 hours.
Just before frying add egg, all purpose flour , corn starch and mix everything well , adjust the salt.
Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai , and fry the chicken fingers on slow flame for few minutes so that chicken is done , now on higher flame fry the strips until golden and crisp.
Drain on absorbent paper &  Serve hot with green chilly sauce or any other sauce of your choice.

 NOTE: If want more spicy you can add 1 tbsp schezwan sauce or reduce if you do not want spicy .

PREPARATION TIME : 20 Minutes. ( extra time for marination )
                       SERVES:3 Persons.
