Dahi palak …is a delicious and lip smacking side dish , it can be served with any meal in the form of Raita… I usually love it with phulkas they taste awesome.
Spinach are good for eyes as doctors advice to have loads of palak for good eye sight. This Recipe is good in fact an apt one for people who loves good food with less oil or have been advised by doctors….
Spin curd is what I address this Recipe with, is easy, tasty and without any much a do,Though it doesn’t have sweet base to it like other classic ones do have..like bondi Raita and pineapple raita to name a few…Here i am sharing my Recipe spin curd | dahi palak | spinach curd which I have been making it since long time…..hope you like it…!
