mayonnaise sandwich
The vegetable & chicken mayonnaise sandwich is scrumptious & healthy, placed between buttered brown bread slices is loaded with the goodness of proteins & veggies. With the first bite you feel that nothing is as delicious as mayo sandwiches….they totally mouth watering snack ….yumm !!!! If you don’t trust me..go ahead & try out i bet on it you will love it ,am damn sure 🙂 INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage 1/2 cup finely chopped green capsicum1/2 cup grated or finely chopped carrots 1 tsp black pepper freshly grounded Salt as per taste 1 tsp sugar 1/2 cup chicken ( boiled & shredded) METHOD: Mix all the ingredients well & keep aside for sometime. Cut the brown bread edges & butter them. Apply a generous layer of spread on a slice of bread. Sandwich it with another slice of bread.
