Chutneys & Dips

Recipe of Coriander Coconut Chutney

Coriander Coconut chutney  is a variation of coconut chutney which is teamed with idlis, vadas …particularly coconut chutney goes well with south Indian cuisine, but this Coriander Coconut chutney can be served with any type of Indian meal to give that extra tasty effect , if you have it along with main course as a pickle…

Guess what .. the best part is its very easy to make and does not  need any tempering, just grind them in a food processor, adjust the taste and its all done.
I love this coriander coconut chutney with prawns masala, fish fried or with fish pulao, prawns pulao , stir fried prawns and the list goes on and on…in short I love this chutney with sea food as I am having it since I was a teen….
